The Project monitoring Committee is composed of the following Offices from the MPDC, Accounting, Municipal Treasurer’s Office, Engineering office, Office of the Mayor Representative, Budget Office, a representative from a Civil Society Organization and the LGOO (DILG) , They inspect the Project being implemented for the LGU funded by the National Government , National Government Agencies like the DPWH, DILG, DA and also other Non Government Agencies. The Committee also inspects the Programs, Projects and Activities coming from the 20% Fund of the Local Government.
The Committee make its route and assessment quarterly within the 48 barangay and where the project is located. They started their route at 9:00 am onwards till afternoon; to see to it that every project is being scrutinized for its accomplishment and status of the project being monitored.
